1. Terms

By accessing the website at https://www.go2clock.com/, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily use acording to the subscription licesnse payed to view the information or software materials on Go2Clock' website for private company, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
    1. modify or copy the materials webpages content or code;
    2. use the materials for any commercial purpose outside of your private company use, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
    3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Go2Clock' website;
    4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
    5. transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
  2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Go2Clock at any time. In no event shall Go2Clock or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Go2Clock' website, even if Go2Clock or a Go2Clock authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. The materials appearing on Go2Clock' website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Go2Clock does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Go2Clock may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Go2Clock does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Go2Clock has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Go2Clock of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications

Go2Clock may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

9. Customer Data Ownership

Go2Clock acknowledges that all data submitted to or generated by use of the Go2Clock platform (“Customer Data”) remains the sole and exclusive property of the Customer. Go2Clock does not claim ownership of any Customer Data and will only access, process, or use such data for the purpose of providing the subscribed services and as otherwise permitted by the Customer.

10. Data Processing & GDPR Compliance

Go2Clock acts as a data processor in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. The Customer, as the data controller, retains full responsibility for the lawful basis of processing and the accuracy of personal data.

Go2Clock agrees to:

  1. Process Customer Data only on documented instructions from the Customer;
  2. Assist the Customer in fulfilling obligations to respond to data subjects’ requests;
  3. Implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk;
  4. Notify the Customer without undue delay in the event of a personal data breach;
  5. Upon termination of services, delete or return all Customer Data unless otherwise required by law.

11. Data Return & Exit Strategy

The Customer's Super Admin sign-up account can download and/or delete all data from their account themselves at anytime before their subscription expires.

Upon written request by the Customer within 30 days of termination of the service, Go2Clock will provide a full export of the Customer Data in a commonly used format (e.g., CSV) if it has not already been deleted. After this period, Go2Clock will securely delete all Customer Data unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Service Term, Termination & Renewal

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  1. Services are provided on a rolling basis.
  2. The agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
  3. Auto-renewal applies unless cancellation is submitted in writing prior to renewal.
  4. Upon termination, access to the Go2Clock system will cease, and all stored Customer Data will be subject to Section 11 above.

13. Service Availability

Go2Clock aims to maintain 99.9% uptime excluding scheduled maintenance, which will be communicated in advance where possible. The service is provided “as is” and while we strive for reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

14. Audit & Compliance

If required under applicable law or regulation, Go2Clock will provide reasonable cooperation and access to documentation necessary to demonstrate compliance with its obligations under these terms and applicable data protection legislation.
